Best not trouble with these

My diabetic nurse, herself a diabetic for twenty years, said don't mess with so called 'diabetic foods' as they are invariably tasteless and often with low nutritional value. I couldn't agree with her more. Just eat sensibly and cut out COMPLETLY all sugar-based food.
