Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized Cauliflower
  • Psyllium husk 4 tablespoons

Method

  1. Cut and wash cauliflower.
  2. Blend and sieve out any excess water.
  3. Pour Pureed cauliflower into a pot.
  4. Cook for about 2 mins.
  5. Add the Psyllium husks powder, stir well to mix in.
  6. Continue to stir until it comes together (will take 3-4 min to bind)
  7. Serve with any type of soup.
Hints & Tips

If you prefer other vegetables, you can also use aubergine or cabbage, it can also be mix with other vegetables.
