Product Description

We love baking bread. That aroma wafting through the home is so comforting, and you just know that very soon you’re going to be able to eat some delicious warm bread slathered in butter. It’s one of life’s genuine pleasures.

And following a low carb eating plan used to mean missing out on this treat, but not anymore. We’ve created our Low Carb Loaf Mix so that you can have all of the tasty bread pleasure but with the fractions of the carbs. That’s just 0.4g of carbs per 25g serving.

Our Seriously Low Carb Loaf Mix is so easy to make. You just have to add water. It works brilliantly in a bread maker or the old school method of using a bowl and a wooden spoon - it doesn’t even really need kneading!

We’ve also worked hard to make sure that our bread is healthy and nutritious. Our loaf mix is made with carefully-chosen natural, wholesome ingredients so you know it’s good for you. It’s real food so it’s perfect for sharing with all of the family...Although once you’ve tried it you might wish you’d kept it all for yourself.

So, it’s low carb. It’s tasty and nutritious. And it has all of the texture and bounce of standard bread. What’s not to love? It’s time to get baking! Because our low carb loaf mix works for your low carb lifestyle.

Good product

I was surprised by this product. I advise everyone to use it. I used it in several baked goods, not just for bread. It is wonderful.

Delicious

If you like a dense loaf this mix is for you. Tried to add less water but the result is still more European and much different than sliced bread. But I don't mind that all and make it with seed. My non keto family loves this, too. You can toast it Reccommend.👍👍👍

Great low carb bread at last😀

Really quick and easy to make by hand. Lovely texture and a real treat. Very filling too so,you don’t need much at a time. Very very tasty.

Seriously good loaf

Ok, so it’s not “real” bread. But it’s close and jolly good, very filling (1 slice from a large loaf does me for a sarnie), and it means I can have proper cheese on toast. Have made a 1/2 dozen loaves in a Panasonic bread maker on gluten free setting and so far not a dud bake. Freezes well sliced so always have bread on hand. Thumbs up from me!

Ok as a bread substitute.
