Make in just 3 simple steps:
1: Measure out 35g of the instant porridge in your bowl
2: Add 150ml of your favourite milk, and stir
3: Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir, stand for 1 minute and serve
Seriously Low Carb Instant Porridge can also be prepared quickly on the hob - just add everything to a non-stick pan and stir on a medium heat until it thickens.
