I’ve got a new lease of low carb life! I can have a scone or a Yorkshire pudding, I made a lovely chocolate cake. I’m so pleased I tried it. On my third bag now. It mostly replaces flour and the lonjevity website is very informative. Excellent.
I made pasta, which was very like pasta with normal 00 flour, very happy :-)

OK so I haven't actually bought it from here as so far I've bought direct. I've made the most AMAZING white burger rolls with it (see recipe on Lonjevity website). No one (& I mean that seriously) has realised they're low carb and everyone just loves them! It is a little heavier than normal wheat or spelt flour and you need to use more water but I've made everything from cookies to cakes to bread with it, just a total game changer for us wanabee low carbers! I've not had much luck with bread though as it seems to stay very soggy in the middle but that's just probably my bad cooking! The normal Fibre flour is superb too!
