Coconut flour is low carb, high fibre and naturally gluten free, so it’s perfect for your low carb baking! We love making cakes, cookies, pancakes and desserts with our coconut flour. It’s also great for thickening curry sauces! 

Coconut flour is very different to other flours as the high fibre content makes it very absorbent so a little bit goes a long way.

Really upset with this. Opened today the 21st to bake with and it’s too hard and lumpy.waste of money

Great item very fine which is nice

Improves texture of cakes

This is good quality and reasonable value.

I usually cook cakes with gr almonds but find substituting 5-10% with sifted coconut flour gives a better texture though obviously it is a matter to personal taste

Low carb coconut flour

Dry powdery, light in colour, flavour not overpowering,.
Excellent use in 2 of the things I've baked so far, so initially very impressed with quality.
