How to Use & Storage
You can either cook your keto porridge on the hob, in the microwave or by just adding hot water. We recommend adding between 70ml - 100ml of your favourite milk and cooking until the mix has been fully absorbed by the milk. Alternatively, you can just add boiling water, stir the mix and leave it for one minute until it’s at a safe enough temperature to eat! It’s so simple!
Store in a cool, dry place. After use, reseal the bag.
