It doesn't matter what goes wrong, we have one simple rule:
WE MAKE IT BETTER!
Sometimes in life things don’t always go as we plan.
Maybe a delivery gets delayed or a lovingly packed loaf gets left in a warm van or porch on a hot Summer’s day. Unfortunately these events can result in spoiled products and if that happens everyone gets a little bit sad.
Around 1% of our orders have an issue raised, but even that 1% deserve a better outcome.
So, we fix it!
We’d like to share with you our Make It Better promise. It's what we always do anytime something sad happens. We do it because we want you to be part of our happy, low carb crew of customers and we want you to be confident that should anything go wrong, we WILL make it better.
We’ve put together our Make It Better promise based on everything that we've learnt from serving over 50,000 wonderful customers just like you!
So here it is. You may never need to refer to it, but just in case...

Get in touch.
Our bread is good but it doesn't yet have a secret listening device implanted, so if there is a problem we won't know about it unless you tell us!
Then that's pretty much it, we'll take care of the rest.

We're pretty consistent in responding super quickly & our Customer Service team are here Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
Feel free to send us a message at midnight on Friday but we might be asleep so you probably won't get a response until Monday...
