OUR FAVOURITE INGREDIENTS FOR BAKING

These are our top three staple ingredients to have in your cupboard.

  • Almond Flour

Almond flour is high in fibre and
naturally gluten free, so it’s perfect for ow carb baking. Use it in cakes, cookies, pancakes and desserts.

  • Oat Fibre

Oat fibre is a really clever ingredient. It's a great way to add some fibre to your diet without adding any carbs at all. We like to add it to our baking, or add some to our morning smoothie for a fibre boost. It's also great for thickening up sauces, soups and stews.

  • Erythritol

Meet earthritol, eatritol ummm hmm Erythritol, yer we can't say it either - but it's a staple in our cupboard. It can be used in many recipes to replace sugar. It comes from fruit and is an alcohol sugar  (or polyol) so it provides no calories, no active carbs and no sugar. Amazing!
