How low carb is Seriously Low Carb?
Our delicious Seriously Low Carb Loaf has just 4.1 grams of carbs per 100 grams, which is just 0.9 grams per slice! To compare, an average standard loaf has 45 – 55 grams of carbs per 100 grams.
How do we decide if a product is perfect?
We are constantly researching and developing so that our customers get the tastiest and most nutritious products. Before we release a product, it undergoes a series of quality checks and other questioning, including a sign off from our founders Jo and Andy. Our main focus is on taste, nutrition, texture, and availability. We would never release a product that we wouldn’t want to regularly eat ourselves – and we don’t want to eat anything that doesn’t taste great! Our products are also designed to be as beneficial to you as possible so we ensure that we source natural ingredients.
We strive to be different and better in everything we do (and we think we are!)
What is the best way to store the Seriously Low Carb Loaf?
Our loaves and rolls are high in protein so if you are keeping them fresh, it is best to store them in the fridge and they will keep for up to 5 days. Alternatively, our loaves and rolls freeze brilliantly and can be kept frozen for up to 3 months.
Is your bread vegan?
Sadly not! We currently do not offer vegan options of Seriously Low Carb products, as our loaves and rolls do contain eggs.
Is your bread gluten free?
Sadly not! We currently do not offer gluten free options of Seriously Low Carb products, as our loaves and rolls do contain vital wheat gluten.
Where can I buy your products?
We sell our products here on the website, and they are also available to buy on Amazon too. On our website we currently sell our Seriously Low Carb Loaf, Rolls and Loaf Mix; we also sell a few baking ingredients like Vital Wheat Gluten.
Do you have a Refund and Return policy, including a quality promise and a satisfaction guarantee?
We do. We have a Make it Better Promise here at Seriously Low Carb which means that if an issue does ever occur with your order, we will always put it right straight away. Whether that means a replacement or a refund; we will ensure that you are over the moon with our products as well as the service you receive from us.
What happened to the Multi Buy discount?
We have just launched our very exciting new 'Subscribe & Save' option! This means that you can set up repeat orders for the quantities and frequencies that you would like. Because of this, the original 5% multibuy discount has now been transferred to the Subscribe & Save discount.
How do we support the environment and our customers?
We know that we have a responsibility to operate sustainably. All of our plastic and cardboard is recyclable ♻ and we choose UK based suppliers and manufacturers wherever possible to keep air miles to a minimum. We are incredibly transparent with our customers and will happily answer any questions you have, so do get in touch.
Do you share low carb recipes?
Yes! We do have a recipe section on our website and we are always adding to it. Check out our favourites - let us know if you have any ideas for recipes that you’d like us to create or ingredients you’d like to see, and we will work on it for you.
How do I contact you?
For ALL enquiries the best way is to submit a ticket via the HELP icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. It's really easy. We'll ask a couple of important questions so we can action it without you hanging on.
If you prefer the old skool way please email us at email@example.com or give us a bell on the blower 0330 043 7197.
