Delivery Information 

At Keeto Life, we have worked hard to make it as easy and as economical as possible to get our deliveries to you. We have a couple of different options for you to choose from so that you can find whatever suits you best.

Below are a list of frequently asked delivery questions, hopefully if you have any delivery queries, they will be answered below!

Which Couriers do you use? 

The only courier that we are currently using is Royal Mail.

You can’t go wrong with RoyalMail - an organisation that can trace back over 500 years?!... They must be doing something right!

We have just upgraded our delivery options so that all packages are now tracked AND deliver on Saturdays!

How long does delivery take?

We offer a selection of delivery methods and services in the hope that there is something to suit everyone.

There’s nothing more upsetting than when you’re on your last slice of bread and realise there’s no more left in the freezer! That is where our Express Tracked service comes in... our fastest service means that you could have your new bread or rolls on your dinner plate the very next day! No one has to know that you ‘forgot’ to order the next loaf...

All orders that are placed with the Express Tracked option, will be despatched on the exact same day if ordered before 10am on weekdays. For all orders placed after 10am, they will be despatched the very next Working Day. The Express Tracked option now includes delivery on Saturdays; something that our previous Express option didn't include... we're very excited about this!! Once your order been despatched, it will be delivered within 24 hours (excluding Sundays)

For those who are super duper organised and keep a stash of our lovely products at all times, the Standard Tracked option is perfect if you don't need more bread in a rush.

All orders that are placed using Standard Tracked will be despatched within 2-3 working days from the order date. We will always do our absolute best to despatch much sooner than this, however 2-3 working days is the maximum time frame that we are currently working within. Once your order been despatched , it will be delivered within a further 2-3 days (excluding Sundays)

How much does delivery cost?

The prices of our delivery methods vary as they are based on the total weight and size of items that you are ordering. Once you get to the checkout, it will magically calculate it all for you!

How will I know when my order is on its way and can I track it?

As soon as your order is despatched from us, you will receive an automated email letting you know. This email will also include a Royal Mail tracking number which you can track and will give you step by step updates on where your order is and when it is due to be delivered.

Where is my delivery?

If you feel that your order hasn't been delivered within the expected time frame, please let us know! Email us on and we will look into this for you straight away.

Can I collect locally?

Of course! We love being able to say a quick hello to our lovely local Low Carb Legends!

Just choose the ‘local pickup’ option at checkout, and once it’s ready to collect we’ll send you over an email to confirm this.

Our current collection dates and times are; Monday-Thursday 8am-5.30pm. If you would like to collect on a Friday, please call ahead first as our opening hours vary on Fridays. Our phone number is 0330 043 7197

What if I’m not home for a delivery?

There is the chance that the couriers will leave the parcel in a ‘safe’ place, however if they don’t feel it is safe enough, the chances are they will take it back to their depot.
You stay in all day to wait for your parcel, but pop out just for 5 minutes and you come home to a missed delivery calling card… typical! If your order is returned to a depot, we advise collecting it as soon as possible… our bread is very special so it needs to be put into the fridge or freezer as soon as possible!

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands*.

However, we really would like to be at the point in the future where we have the ability to ship worldwide - watch this space!

*Unfortunately Parcelforce don't send to the Channel Islands, so they will be sent with Royal Mail.
