When can I get my order?
We use Amazon and DPD to deliver your orders. DPD deliver Monday-Friday whilst Amazon deliver Monday-Saturday.

How much does delivery cost?
We deliver over 100,000 parcels a year and pass our savings directly on to you. Delivery is based on weight thresholds. The more you order the better the cost per item.
We are charged the same from 5kg to 30kg and we pass that on to you. So why not club together and do a big shop

Track your order
All our parcel services include full tracking, updates to your mobile, the ability to leave with a neighbour and all that clever stuff.
Where is my delivery?
You can use your tracking reference to help find your order! Found on the 'We have shipped you order email' and included in all updates from the courier.

Can I collect locally?
Of course! We love being able to say a quick hello to our lovely local Low Carb Legends!
Just choose the ‘local pickup’ option at checkout, and once it’s ready to collect we’ll send you over an email to confirm this.
Our current collection dates and times are; Monday-Thursday 8am-5.00pm. If you would like to collect on a Friday, please call ahead first as our opening hours vary on Fridays. Our phone number is 0330 043 7197.
YOU MUST COLLECT WITHIN 72 HOURS OF ORDERING.
We pack next day and have fresh bread waiting for you.
I missed my delivery / I'm not home?
Along with the Covid Leave in a Safe Place policy and the ability to track and amend your order you should get your delivery everytime.
On the occasion when deliveres don't go as planned or you're worried about a best before date then please get in touch. We have a Make it Better Promise so please do not worry :)
