Our Seriously Low Carb Instant Porridge has just 1.6g of carbs per 35g serving, and it’s super quick to make. Just add 35g of Seriously Low Carb Instant Porridge to a milk of your choice and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes.

Best Low Carb Buns

Thoroughly enjoyed the porridge. Very low carb, which means I can enjoy a hot tasty breakfast without it upsetting my blood sugars. I use 50 grams of mix with unsweetened soya/almond milk plus a few blueberries.
