Our Seriously Low Carb Instant Porridge has just 1.6g of carbs per 35g serving, and it’s super quick to make. Just add 35g of Seriously Low Carb Instant Porridge to a milk of your choice and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes.

Lovely pudding/porridge

I bought this as an add on and it sat in my cupboard for a week or so..making it was very easy (I used scales for the mix and the unsweetened almond milk to be exact).

Out of the microwave it looked very unappealing so I braced myself for a mouthful. Hmmmmm.

What it needed was a good shaking of cinnamon and a dollop of thick cream. Gorgeous!

Texture wise it is like a semolina with tapioca notes. And I love both those. So for me I now eat pudding at lunch time (I find keto most effective if you limit the number if hours you can eat in. I chose 1.30 to 7.30 pm. A six hour window.

I also now use 50g of the mix not 35g and add extra almond milk. It now comes to 2.1g carb and is very very filling and comforting.

To be quite honest I will continue to eat this when off keto!

This is delicious warmed up in the microwave with oatmilk and topped with blueberries, the consistency reminds me of tapioca.

Instant porridge

I like this. Tastes a little different to normal porridge but it’s definitely edible. I use almond milk with mine and 2 mins in microwave. I then add a dash of double cream and a dash of sugar free maple syrup for the sweetness. It keeps my blood glucose ( diabetes) within normal range

Low carb porridge

Even with a teaspoon of erythritol in it, it tasted disgusting and resembled frog spawn. I've bought two bags of it, defo won't be buying any more.
