Interesting alternative

Certainly smelt strange on opening, but once rinsed and used to make the lasagne, it had no obvious taste. It has a soft texture with slight bite, and overall it was a good alternative to pasta, enabling me to make a low carb lasagne, so I would use again.

I am honestly stunned by this product, I was a bit sceptic when ordering it but thought I will give it a try and I was not disappointed! It is delicious and I did not miss my usual lasagna at all. I wouldn't obviously say it tastes like lasagna sheets (loaded with carbs) but it is a fantastic substitute!
