Rice substitute made from Konjac Flour which is naturally very low in carbs.

Water, Konjac Flour (3.4%), Firming Agent: Calcium Hydroxide, Soybean Flour, Oatmeal Flour

How to Use & Storage

Empty the liquid out and then we like to quickly fry in some healthy oil for 2-3 mins. Add some soy sauce to mix things up or let the rice absorb the flavours from your meal you serve it with.

The rice is nice

Get a good 3 portions out of this, works well with cauliflower rice

Fantastic substitute.

This stuff is a bit smelly when first opened. But overall an amazing product for a rice substitute, gave this to family members to try and they couldnt tell the difference when using it with a no-bean chilli. Well worth the money.

Great!

I had mine with a homemade chicken curry and it worked really well to help pack the meal out! It has an unusual texture, like little balls of jelly, but it’s quite firm and doesn’t really taste of much so it’s a great Keto alternative to rice. It had quite a lot of moisture in it so I’d recommend draining it a few times before and after heating but I would definitely have it again!

The only one closer to rice

I enjoyed it. Try stir frying with fresh garlic, chillies etc and chicken stock seasoning, so lovely.
