I liked this , very easy to make , worked a treat and makes bread a possibility again . Although I cheated and put dark chocolate and made it a bit of a cake !!!

Made a brilliant loaf with this - you’d never know the carbs were so incredibly low. I’m sold - but it’s rather expensive..
Toasted, fried or just as it comes, this is the best low carb bread we have found. It is not claiming to be like ordinary high carb bread but we find it preferable to other low csrb breads, and better than Seriously's sliced loaves. Easy to bake by manual method using a silicone liner in the loaf tin, or in a bread-maker. With half the loaf in the freezer, we are all set for a week or more. I might try adding a bit of extra yeast as suggested by a reviewer, or experiment with adding some extra seeds - maybe!
I had a couple of disasters with my bread maker. I found that manually helping the dough to thoroughly mix before leaving it to continue it's programme & also adding a little more water as I found it too dry makes a perfect loaf everytime. It stays fresh for a good few days & freezes well too. Thanks for a great product.
