Product Description

We love to make low carb, tasty food, and we do that through choosing the best quality ingredients. We know you love to get in the kitchen too to cook your own low carb creations so we’re sharing our carefully chosen ingredients with you.
Erythritol is our favourite low carb sugar substitute. It's the perfect addition to your low carb lifestyle as it can be used in so many recipes to replace sugar. Erythritol comes from fruit and is an alcohol sugar (or polyol) so it has zero net carbs and doesn't affect your blood glucose levels. Amazing!

I like this for my sweet keto recepies plus my husband likes it in his coffee, for some recepies you have to grinde it down to smaller particles.

Better than Xylitol

Tastes good, not quite as sweet or as nice as Xylitol, but better tolerated by my digestion, and better for losing weight it seems - I lost a few pounds without doing anything else but going from Xylitol to Erythritol.
