Simply Brilliant

I must admit I thought these would be awful. I've only recently converted to a keto diet and I thought my days of brownies were over.
These were very satisfying, don't get me wrong they're not as good as usual brownie but they do fill that gap very well.

Brownies ok

So have gave this a go as my kids love brownies but are also type 1…. Add sweetener to the mix…. It’s a bit on the very salty side ! Going to try another bag and add sweetener next time. Apart from that they are ok. But expensive tho

Chocolate fix

Brownie was nice and moist made 12 generous portions. I added sweetner which l think made it more like a chocolate brownie cake served it with cream and sliced Strawberries
Which was a delightful keto friendly treat.

Delicious!

I miss the brownies you used to do so I tried the packet mix. Easy and quick to make. My kitchen smelt lovely and chocolatey and the brownies themselves are very good especially when still a bit warm.
Will buy again.
