  • 100g Egg white
  • 2 tbs Erythritol
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder

  1. Place the 3 ingredients into a bowl and beat together.
  2. Half the mixture and place the first half on a non stick pan on a medium heat- don't forget to flip!.
  3. Repeat for the second crepe.
  4. Add the topping of your choice.
  5. Enjoy!

Angela's go to topping is strawberry jam and peanut butter, then topped with a tiny bit of grated dark chocolate & dessicated coconut.
